You can use thistechnique with any other colour, if you want to make it brighter and long-lasting.
First, apply some foundation all over the lips and around them. Then set the foundation with a little bit of powder and apply the first layer of color, using a red pencil. Paint your lips and apply one
more layer of powder.
Now, it`s time to apply your lipstick (of course the colours of the pencil and the lipstick should correspond) and when you are done, you can apply a tiny drop of lip-gloss if you want some shine.
But if you prefer the matte look, definitely stop here.
Now you have beautiful red lips.
