How to Get Bigger Breasts Without Surgery

There's no shame in admitting that you want bigger breasts. Although it can be tricky to get bigger breasts without surgery, help is on the way. If you want to have bigger breasts, you can do some breast exercises, try some medical devices, or even work to make your breasts look bigger. If you want to know how to get bigger breasts without surgery, just follow along.

Part 1 of 3: Doing Exercises

Do push-ups. Push-ups are not only great exercise for your biceps, but they can also strengthen the pectoral muscles that are located below the breasts. Doing too many push-ups at once can strain your arms, so start by doing just 2 or 3 sets of 10 push-ups in one day, if you're already physically strong. If push-ups are new to you, start with 2 sets of 5 and work your way up. As you become a push-up pro, you can "push" yourself to do even more each day. Here's how to do a push-up:
  • Start with your stomach on the floor and your hands directly below your shoulders.
  • Slowly push your body upwards into the plank position by pushing against the ground until your arms straighten as you rise onto your toes.
  • Lower down to the ground without letting your stomach touch the floor and lift yourself up again.
  • If this proves too challenging, start off by doing push-ups while keeping your knees and lower legs on the floor. This is still a great workout for your pecs.
Part 2 of 3: Adjusting Your Diet

Gain some weight. That's right. If you really want to naturally get bigger breasts, then all you have to do is gain a few pounds. Your breasts will fill out along with your stomach, thighs, and other parts of your body that tend to gain weight more easily than the rest. You may not want to gain weight in order to get bigger breasts, but it's the most foolproof way to do it. To gain weight, just increase your caloric intake, focus on fattier foods like cheeses and sugary foods like cookies. Or just eat more of the food you love so you don't feel like you're actively trying to be unhealthy.
  • This is a good move if you're on the thin side and could stand to gain a few pounds anyway. Obviously, though, this may not be the world's most appealing solution.
Part 3 of 3: Making Your Breasts Look Bigger

Wear a bra that fits you correctly. Studies show that as many as 8 out of every 10 women are wearing the wrong bra size. Wearing a bra that is too small may actually make your breasts look smaller, not bigger, and wearing a bra that is too big can make your breasts hang more loosely and therefore can also make them look smaller than they really are. The trick to making your breasts look bigger? Wearing a bra that fits you perfectly. Here's how to find one and wear it correctly:
  • Focus on the width of your band, not your cup size. Cup size is important, but only if you know whether you're a 32 or a 36. That makes all the difference.
  • Don't wear your bra on the tightest hooks unless that's how it fits best. Otherwise, hook your bra in the place where it feels the most comfortable.
  • Don't ever let your band ride up your back.
  • Make sure your bra fits the type of outfit you're wearing. Don't wear the same style bra with different tops, or some may make your breasts look smaller than they really are.
Wear a padded or push-up bra. This is another quick and easy fix -- no stuffing necessary. A padded bra can make your breasts look a bit bigger, and a push-up bra can take that to the next level. If you're in the market for a padded or a push-up bra, you should get fitted before you try one on, just as you should do with a real bra. Just make sure you don't get a bra that is so obviously padded that you've increased the size of your breasts by 3 -- that will be a little obvious.
  • In fact, you should avoid stuffing your bra with Kleenex or anything else that cannot take on the actual shape of your breasts. It will look silly if nothing else, and could lead to some embarrassment.

Contour your breasts with makeup. Sound extreme? It's totally not. Women contour their breasts with makeup all the time, especially on movie sets. This creates the illusion of a lighter size and only requires a few brush strokes and for you to take care to not get makeup on the top of your shirt. You can even buy a makeup kit for this purpose if you're really committed; first, though, it's best to start off just using the makeup you have to see if you like the effect. If you want to give it a try, follow these steps:
  • Get dressed, bra and all. Put on the outfit you're actually going to wear.
  • Tuck tissue or toilet paper into the front of your shirt to protect it from makeup.
  • Apply darker bronzer or powder in the area down in your cleavage area, moving down in between your breasts.
  • Blend this color up and outward, making a v-shape along the natural curve of your breasts.
  • Brush a lighter shade of eye shadow or face powder, such as gold or peach, over the top half of your breasts.
  • Use a sponge to blend the shade to create a natural and more full look for your breasts.

Best makeup colors for green eyes

Buying makeup is a whole lot of fun, but it's not just about picking shades that complement your skin tone. You should also take your eye color into account as well. If you have green eyes, try these makeup tips to bring out the best in your eyes.

Play with purples

Bring out your gorgeous green eyes with purple shades of makeup. Because purple is on the opposite side of the color wheel from green, it's a great choice for green-eyed gals. To widen the look of close-set eyes, apply shades of deep plum eyeshadow toward the outer edges and a lighter shade of purple toward the inner eye. If your eyelids are a little droopy, do the opposite. Avoid purples with blue undertones, as well as blue eyeshadow and eyeliner. If deep shades of purple are a little too much for you, ease into the purple look by using grayish-lavender shadow.

SheKnows beauty expert Nina Sutton advises, "For green eyes, choose color tones such as dark green, lavender, purple, plum or lilac. Gold and copper are great for highlighting green eyes. For eyeliner, it is best to avoid black and to choose browns or gray, which are much softer and not so harsh. A general rule of thumb for green eyes is to choose warm shades vs. cooler shades. Choose mascara in a brown tone as well so the face does not look harsh or overpowered."

Avoid silver

If you want to experiment with metallics, avoid silver shades on the eyes. However, bronze, copper and gold look absolutely fabulous with green eyes for evening. Earthy brown or dark green eyeshadow with flecks of gold are also terrific choices.

Ditch the black eyeliner

Everyone loves black eyeliner but it isn't the best choice for green-eyed women. Use chocolate brown or espresso liner for everyday wear. To spice things up, try plum or gold. To open up your eyes and make them pop, add a little white eyeliner to the inner corner near the tear duct. If you absolutely have your heart set on black liner, pick charcoal instead of true black. But believe us — brown will look much better!

Best makeup for women with brown eyes

Since brown doesn't have an opposite or complementary color on the color wheel, most eye makeup colors will work for women with brown eyes. Follow these simple makeup tips for brown-eyed gals to look your best and enhance your natural beauty.

"Brown eyes are the one color that most eyeshadow colors work well on," says SheKnows beauty expert Nina Sutton. "The determining factor is usually the depth of the eye color — are they almost black, or are they medium brown?" Women with brown eyes can also pull off both black and brown eyeliner (brown works best in the day and black at night).

For deep brown eyes

If your eyes are dark brown, medium to dark shades of eyeshadow will work for you. Try plum, forest green or charcoal gray. Check out the flecks of lighter color in your eyes and use those hues to select your eyeliner color.
"For darker brown eyes, also try dark browns or mauves," says Nina. "Gold and bronze is also beautiful on dark brown eyes."

For medium brown eyes

"Medium to light brown eyes can try green, violet or bronze colored eye shadows," says Nina. You truly can wear almost any color of eye makeup if you have medium brown eyes. A purple or green eyeshadow palette can work equally well for daytime. Experiment by pairing neutral shadow with metallic eyeliner in copper or bronze for evening.

For light brown eyes

Avoid black eyeliner, if you have light brown eyes, and use dark brown or other colors instead. Apply a neutral shade of shadow on the lid, a darker hue of the same color in the crease, and then line your eyes in gold or green to reflect the flecks of color in your iris.
If your eyes are so light they are hazel, try Champagne tones with violet, bronze or brown liner to define the eye, offers Nina.

Mix things up

Because dark colors can minimize the look of your eyes, you don't want to use too dark of eye makeup with brown eyes. Mix things up by combining dark brown eyeliner with light eyeshadow to put the focus on your eyes, making them look big and bright.
For a spectacular evening look, brown-eyed ladies should try a metallic silver shadow on the lid paired with a metallic plum eyeliner along the bottom lash line. You'll knock 'em dead with this color combination that really brings out your beautiful brown eyes.

Best makeup for women with blue eyes

The right makeup should enhance the natural blue of your eyes, not overpower or deter from the color. Whether you are headed to work or a special night out, follow these simple makeup tips for blue eyes.

Pick the right eyeshadow

For the office, stick with eyeshadow in brown, rose, terracotta and neutral shades. Embrace the idea of purple eyeshadow to really accentuate the color of your eyes. Lavender works for daytime, while deep plum is a wonderful option for evening. For a special night out, blue-eyed women also can try metallics (both silver and gold work well), turquoise and icy pink.

Go for the smoky look

For evening, dark blue mascara looks fabulous on blue eyes, especially when paired with smudged charcoal eyeliner. Try smoky eye makeup using charcoal gray or purple shadow.
"For blue eyes, choose dark blue (the dark blue tones can help to bring out the natural blue tones in your eyes), gray, silver, violet or lavender," says SheKnows beauty expert Nina Sutton. "For night time, blue combined with black is a great look. For eyeliner or mascara, try navy instead of black for a dramatic, yet less intense look," she says.

Wing it!

Cat-eye or winged eyeliner looks awesome with blue eyes. Winged liner puts all the focus on your baby blues, and looks terrific in any shade — from black to turquoise and violet to orange... yes, orange liner. A subtle, barely-winged look will work for everyday wear. But for special occasions, get dramatic with a thicker, more exaggerated line.

Tone down your lips

Emphasize your gorgeous blue eyes, whether they are pale blue or deep sapphire, by toning down your lip color. Pick a matte lipstick in a peachy brown shade or a pale pink. Bright or dark lip color will take the focus off your peepers. For your cheeks, add a light sweep of blush in a very natural hue.

15 Ways To Jump-Start Your Bridal Beauty Routine - PART 2 -

You're engaged -- that means it's time to step up your daily beauty routine. We've talked to the pros, and we're arming you with the tools for looking your best before, during and after your wedding.

8. Have a Day-Of Bag

Whether it's flyaway hairs or fall-off fake lashes, you should make sure you have an arsenal of bridal beauty fixers on hand the day-of; this means being prepared for any scenario. Start adding items as you begin to work out the details of your wedding, as well as during your makeup trials. You should have a plan of attack with your makeup artist should they not be there in a moment of need!
Want to splurge? If you don't have the time to pull it all together, you can buy premade kits. Our personal fave is The Knot Wedding Shop Bridessentials Survival Kit, complete with hair spray, clear nail polish, deodorant and all those things you haven't thought of.

9. Have Your Brows Shaped

If you do your own tweezing, take this opportunity to splurge on brow shaping. The pros at salons will follow your advice, as well as offer suggestions for the best brow shape according to your face. Waxing is a popular option. Threading uses a cotton thread rolled along your skin to catch hairs. The process is quick and more precise than waxing (also, if you're on antibiotics or skin medications, threading is the safe way to go). Start shaping appointments six months out, waiting three to four weeks between sessions. Schedule your last shaping a month before the wedding in case you need to grow out any areas.
Want to splurge? See a brow specialist -- “someone specializing in the care and maintenance of your eyebrows,” says Kashuk. They'll know best for your brow line.

10. Do a Makeup Test Run

Besides your hair trial, you should also schedule a makeup trial. Have a trial at least three months before the wedding. This is where you'll fine-tune your look with your makeup artist so that you know exactly how you'll look the day-of.
Want to splurge? Hire your photographer to take photos of you after you've had your makeup done (or schedule your makeup trial the same day as your engagement photo session). This run-through will ensure you know how you look in multiple lights for your wedding photos. If your makeup looks too harsh or too subtle, have your makeup artist experiment and repeat.

11. Focus on Your Lips

Take care of your lips each night by applying a generous coat of lip balm or Vaseline. “Gently rub it over your lips in a circular motion with a wet washcloth,” says makeup artist Mally Roncal. This will exfoliate and soften your lips at the same time. Go for a glossy lip on your wedding day. A matte lipstick will look classic but may not hold as long, and could crack and wear down. Put a gloss over your lipstick to cover up those imperfections.
Want to splurge? Some salons offer special lip treatments that focus on exfoliating, moisturizing and energizing your lips!

12. Get Longer Lashes

If you weren't blessed with long lashes, consider trying false ones. Don't want to look overdone? Get a softer, more romantic look by applying half lashes in the outer corners of your eyes. Longer lashes will enhance the shape of your eyes and focus all attention on you. Don't want runny mascara on your wedding day? Try this: Apply your favorite mascara, and curl your lashes. Then apply a top coat of some waterproof mascara. This will give you beautifully curled lashes without the heavy feeling that many waterproof products have.
Want to splurge? Get semipermanent lash extensions at a salon. Extensions eliminate the need for mascara, which can actually lead to healthier eyes and lashes. They also last much longer than at-home kits. Applications stay on until they fall out naturally (you'll have to get touch-ups every two to three weeks).

13. Get Smooth Skin

Have a tough-to-treat spot like dry elbows? A good body scrub in the shower will get rid of dead skin. Then, moisturize with a good almond butter or shea butter lotion. Wrap your elbows in a cloth and keep the moisturizer on for about an hour.
Want to splurge? Get a full-body scrub at a salon for allover smooth skin. Go for a sugar scrub for a soft and sweet-smelling finish.

14. Have a Hair Plan

Work with your hairstylist to map out your hair care plan of attack. Try an at-home treatment with your favorite conditioner and mashed-up avocado. The creaminess of the avocado will increase your hair's silkiness. Start doing weekly treatments months before your wedding if you can. For an extra-glossy finish, look for shampoos and conditioners infused with olive oil. The oil helps tone down frizz and boost shine.
Want to splurge? Go to your salon and have your stylist give you a customized conditioning treatment for your hair type. For example, curly hair needs more moisture than straight hair. Your stylist will treat your hair type accordingly.

15. Plan Hair Removal
That little peach fuzz just above your upper lip may not seem like a big deal in your everyday life, but you don't want it showing up in wedding photos. Start getting monthly waxes for best results. Not into the pain? Salons now offer special waxes like chocolate wax and sugaring (a sugar paste), which are great if you're looking to walk out of the salon without too many sore spots.
Want to splurge? Get ready for your honeymoon by booking laser hair removal appointments in one month intervals (three treatments are recommended for best results). After around seven treatments, the results can be permanent.

How to get rid of Cellolite fast and avoid it !!!

Nobody wants to go to the beach and show off cellulite skin but almost all women get cellulite at some point of their lives. The only thing we can do is to slow the formation of the “orange skin” by eating certain foods and avoiding others and, of course, doing regular exercise. Here are someDo’s and Don’ts of battling cellulite:

  • Drink at least 1 glass of fresh orange juice a day. As we know, citrus fruits are the biggest enemy of “orange skin”.
  • Avoid drinking too much coffee and tea because they help wash off all the mineral substances in your body. If you drink them, don’t put sugar. Also, you shouldn’t drink alcohol more than a glass of wine a day.
  • Follow a diet. Maybe the most important thing is to be careful what you eat. Stay away from proteins and carbohydrates.
  • Eat potatoes for cellulite-free skin. Because they’re high in potassium, they help your body release wate faster. You can also eat avocado, bananas, cabbage, wheat, barley, mushrooms.
  • Alternate hot and cold dishes. For lunch eat cold dishes and for dinner – hot.
  • Eat food high in lecithin – eggs, soy, cauliflower.
  • Eat food high in antioxidants – strawberries, pomegranate, grapes and citrus fruits.
